Sir James Dyson, he of those awesome looking ‘nerf’ vacuum cleaners that don’t lose suction, has been knighted in the 2006/2007 New Years honours list. Excellent. Another one of my personal favourite people (along with Sir Tim B-L who was knighted a few years back) and the only one who stood out in a list that included Royals, singers, turkey farmers and Steven Gerrard.
Well done Sir James. Maybe the likes of Felix Miller, Martin Stiksel and Richard Jones will be in the list for next year as Last.fm really takes off in 2007.
