TechCrunch has run an article on the impact of paying key contributors to social networks. It’s a thought provoking ditty raising some important questions as to whether newer sites such as MySpace, YouTube, Flickr and such like can maintain their by the people for the people approach. Or whether big corporates will step in and use them all as marketing tools.
