Bonnie Bailey

It’s about time Bonnie was given her own TV show I think. Who is Bonnie Bailey? I hear you mutter? Well Bonnie is pictured at the top of this post. Bonnie has performed vocals on Hed Kandi produced tracks since 2003. I’m happy to say that she’s maintained her alliance with Mark Doyle and has performed on Fierce Angels first three releases. Bonnie provides vocals for No Promises and Innocence on Toyko Disco and Always by my side on Beach Angel. Her enchanting vocals also grace Kingdom of Pretty and Xenon (must be a megablast) on Es Vive Ibiza.

I’m not sure why virtually all of the songs that Bonnie provides the vocals for include so many words that end in ‘osity’, but she’s the only artist who can make the word ’serendipity’ sound sexy. My all time favourite Bonnie track is ‘Ever After’, it rules the most played list on my iPod with about 400 oddplays in the last 18 months.

For more Bonnie info you can find details of her tracks here: Bonnie Bailey on discogs and here: Bonnie Bailiey on last.fm.

Fierce Angels should get Bonnie blogging on their site. It’s an awfully quiet blog at the moment. :-)

In the meantime ‘Ever After’ has a music video on Newgrounds. It very cutesy (involves green teddy bears) and is totally unofficial. The guy put it together as a present for his girlfriend. Ahhh…. Hit the link and then click ‘Watch this movie’. Enjoy.

There’s also a montage called ‘Who is Bonnie Bailiey?’ on YouTube

Jonny. Oh yes. Kingdom of pretty proved to be great sing-a-long material in the car coming home from the airport having been to my friend’s wedding.

In fact Kingdom of Pretty was played at the disco after the wedding. The DJ was German and had not heard of it. But he certainly has now!
