I got some strange news today when talking to someone about Windows Live services, Microsoft’s Dynamic Systems Initiative and good stuff like .NET. Not sure if there’s any truth in it, but he said that Microsoft had just announced ‘Windows Live Writer’, which he described a a simple online wordprocessor.
Well I’m at a loss if I can find a press release about it. So I’m taking it with a pinch of salt for now. But hey, if it’s true then Microsoft are taking the Google / Writely challenge awfully seriously.

Gary, do you have an email address I can contact you at?
He he. Thanks Nathan. If I’d known who to spam I might have well spammed. But not knowing whether Live Writer was for real or not made me think twice about unleashing piles of spam.
