Cheydinhal’s broken record…

So I recently posted about running Oblivion without the HDD. Yes, it did have an impact on the performance of the game. But now I seem to get a situation whereby the background music and incidental music changes so rapidly (especially around Cheydinhal) that it causes big pauses within the game.
