In my quest to find my next homepage (currently pwned by live.com) I stumbled upon Netvibes.
Now having an account for “everything” Netvibes proves to be a wee bit more useful than live.com. It reminds me quite a lot of where live.com evolved from, namely start.com. Adding feed content comes from a left hand sidebar. However, [...]
Simply out of interest I installed the IE toolbar that the Windows Live service offers. My experience of it was, well, jaded to say the least.
When enterin a search term the live.com website opens in the main browser Window. Each gadget deligently loads (takes a few seconds on my page as I’ve got about four [...]

OMG. What is this? I know that Star Fleet was shown in France but a link I followed from SFXB.co.uk has the opening titles of ‘Bomber X’ in French. To think that when I watched Star Fleet again for the first time in about 20 years or so I knew every word of the closing [...]
I’ve changed the feed. At the request of the mighty Ashleigh over at Naked Cleaner it’s now a feedburner delivered feed.
So the feed now is http://feeds.feedburner.com/menori

Four [...]

Greetings to Joga.com
My old flat mate moved out a few weeks back and I’ve considered a lodger to help pay the bills etc.. However getting a ninja in as a flatmate might not be such a great idea. This video seems to make the point. A ninja pays half my rent.
Following on from my nostalgia trip into Star Fleet-ville I decided to order a 4 DVD set of the entire Star Fleet series.
Now Star Fleet has never been officially available on DVD and VHS copies were rare (apparently only a few episodes were were released in the UK).
However RareTV.com came up trumps and I order [...]

Microsoft Max. Photo sharing. WinFX. Gubbins.
What’s it all about? Not sure really. I looked at the website and I’m trying to determine what it offers above Flickr, other than the fact that it’s a WinFX app. Having a Vista virtual machine (on VMWare rather than Virtual PC) running on my PC at home (latest release [...]
