I’m in the bizarre situation of being without a key piece of technology at the moment, I haven’t got a dedicated DVD player. At last count I think I’ve got about 12 things that can play DVD’s, but because the Xbox 360 is the device connected to my TV I’ve started using that.
Firstly, quite a few of my DVD’s are Region 1 which the UK Xbox wont play. Secondly and more annoyingly, the video and audio falls out of sync after a period of pausing. While watching ‘Hang ‘Em High’ I� puased while making a cuppa and upon playing the vid again Clint’s voice preceeded his mouth movements.
Couple that with the fact that my PD0 disk fails to read everytime I complete the first level (telling me the disk is unclean) and my whole Xbox 360 experience is proving to be a bit frustrating at best…. wibble.
