The Japanese never fail to impress, stagger, amaze (the right superlative is currently not in the English vocabulary). So much so as my love affair with the orient sparked the name of this blog.
My fascination with Samurai, Ninjas, martials arts began a long time ago - so long I can’t really rmemeber how old I was - about the same time I got into Star Wars I think and that was about 1978. One thing I haven’t followed as much as I would probably liked is Anime. Now I think City Hunter is amazing and I think I have all of the DVD’s (bizarrely enough I caught City Hunter on French TV and it’s called ‘Nicky Larson’ over there), but it’s the only Anime show I’ve really followed.
During my exploration of t’Interweb I found a show called ‘Uninhabited Planet Survival’. What a fantastic name!! I mean ABC could only come up with ‘Lost’ for their latest TV smash. And the title ‘Lost’ goes some way to explaining what the series is about. But ‘Uninhabited Planet Survival’, well you know exactly what this show is about!
All ready my favourite character is Menori. Any guesses why?
